In response to increasingly stringent demands for quality assurance regarding the products and services we provide, in compliance with safety standards and to improve our environmental performance, we have chosen to obtain certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 1090, EN ISO 3834, and ISO 45001 through an integrated QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, and SAFETY system issued by the accredited body TÜV AUSTRIA ITALIA.

What We Guarantee
- Full traceability of the materials used, complete with EN 1020-4 3.1 certificates for those materials
- Provision of PED declarations of conformity and work performed in accordance with best practices
- Construction of chemical plants for direct food contact in accordance with the MOCA directive
- The quality of welds performed by qualified welders holding certifications for stainless steel and carbon steel issued by TÜV-AUSTRIA and RINA-SERVICES, in accordance with both the UNI EN ISO 9606-1 standard and the ASME B31.3 code, and certifications for polyethylene, issued by TÜV-AUSTRIA in accordance with the UNI EN 13067 standard
- Certification of structures and carpentry in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1090-2 standard, issued by TÜV-AUSTRIA
- Maintenance and installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems performed by our FGAS-certified technicians through Apave
- Operations on boilers and works involving the use of toxic gases, performed by our qualified technicians
- Non-destructive testing using visual inspection with a borescope and penetrant testing in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9712 standard
- The presence of staff who are trained and qualified to apply safety standards and correctly use the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Through ongoing refresher courses, following the provision of the DUVRI or PSC, Fer.Vi is able to determine the appropriate PPE, taking into account the specific risks of the activity to be performed and the risks arising from the work environment
