Twenty years of experience in the field of industrial systems, ongoing support, and the exceptionally high level of service provided (thanks in part to 24-hour availability) have led Fer.Vi 2002 to develop an increasingly customer-oriented maintenance and overhaul service for industrial systems.
However, we do not limit ourselves to the maintenance of industrial systems.
Fer. Vi 2002 is also an effective consultant, with expertise in its clients’ production systems. This enables us to provide a tangible contribution toward improving business performance.
This is made possible by highly specialized services in predictive, preventive, and breakdown maintenance, combined with the on-site work of expert technicians. Last but not least, we have the support of our Technical Department, which utilizes a well-established computerized management system for all maintenance records.
We handle the cataloguing and entry of equipment records by analyzing the documentation provided by the client, and collecting data directly in the field.
Computerized management allows machines to be categorized operationally by hierarchical level, cost center, department, area, and plant; it also allows each machine to be categorized by attaching P&IDs, photographs, and more specific technical information.
We develop specific work plans for each piece of equipment, establishing a traceability and cataloging system for the maintenance technicians and the spare parts required for the job; we also outline the sequence of operations the maintenance technician must perform, including specifications and limits should any calibrations be necessary.
The work orders generated are sent to and shared with maintenance technicians. Each work order is uniquely identified through sequential numbering. We record both routine maintenance work orders and work orders for special maintenance tasks.
We perform a comprehensive review of the progress of activities planned for maintenance personnel, including a cost analysis of maintenance expenses and the ability to remotely access recorded data via the most widely used and secure network protocols.
