Pipe and mechanical maintenance

Twenty years of experience on the systems, the continuous assistance and the very high level of services provided (also through 24-hour availability) have led Fer.Vi 2002 to develop an increasingly customer-oriented maintenance and overhaul service for the systems.

Not just maintenance of industrial plants though. Fer.Vi 2002 also acts as an expert consultant of its customers’ production systems and can provide a tangible contribution to increase performance.

This is possible thanks to highly specialized predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance services, as well as the direct activity in the field of specialized technicians and the support of the Technical Office, equipped with a consolidated computerized management system for all maintenance practices.

Coding and personal data

Coding and insertion of equipment records through the analysis of the documentation made available by the client and the collection of data directly in the field.

Computerized Maintenance Management

The computerized management allows the machines to be operationally divided by hierarchical level, cost centre, department, area and plant; it also allows you to catalog each machine by attaching P&IDs, photographs and more specific technical information.

Traceability and cataloging system

Insertion of specific work plans for each piece of equipment with the creation of a traceability and cataloging system of the maintenance technicians and spare parts required for the intervention itself; the sequence of operations that the maintenance technician will have to carry out complete with quotas and limits if calibrations need to be carried out.

Work orders

The generated work orders are sent and shared to the maintainers. Each work order is uniquely identified through progressive cataloguing. Registration of work orders for both ordinary maintenance and extraordinary interventions.

Verification and control

Final verification of the performance of the planned activities for maintenance personnel with economic analysis of maintenance costs and the possibility of remote access to recorded data through the most widespread and secure network protocols.
