Quality Environment and Safety

Fer.Vi 2002 in response to the increasingly demanding requests for guarantee on the quality of the products and services provided, together with the observance of the safety standards and the improvement of the environmental performance, decided to obtain certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with an integrated QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT and SAFETY system issued by the ANCIS accredited body.

The stages of the plant certification process

  • 2010 Achievement of ISO 9001 QUALITY certification

  • 2010 Achievement of ISO 45001 SAFETY certification

What we guarantee

  • The traceability of the materials used completes their EN 1020-4 3.1 certificates
  • The supply of PED declarations of conformity and of realizations according to the rule of art
  • The quality of the welds performed by qualified welders with licenses for Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel issued by TUV-AUSTRIA, both according to UNI EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME B31.3 Standards, and licenses for Polyethylene, issued by TUV-AUSTRIA body in compliance with the UNI EN 13067 standard
  • The certification of structures and carpentry according to the UNI EN ISO 1090-2 standard issued by the TUV-AUSTRIA body
  • Maintenance and installation of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems with our FGAS licensed operators with the Apave body
  • Interventions on boilers and works involving the use of toxic gases, with our qualified technicians
  • Visual checks with borescope thanks to certified personnel according to UNI EN ISO 9712 standard
  • The presence of trained and trained personnel in the use of safety standards and the correct use of the necessary PPE personal protective equipment. Through continuous refresher courses, Fer.Vi is also able to establish, after supplying the DUVRI or the PSC, the right PPE considering the specific risks of the activity to be carried out and the inherent risks deriving from the environment in which one must operate
